Custom Lakeview Home on Oversized Private Wooded Lot in Fairfield Glade Resort

Upscale custom 2026 Schubert Home Builder home on a private, half-acre lakeview lot, 140 Markham Lane is the kind of place where you exhale the moment you pull in. Picture a quiet morning on the covered screened Trex deck, coffee in hand, birdsong in the trees, and Lake Dartmoor shimmering through the branches. Inside, the open-concept living space flows around a large kitchen island that becomes the natural gathering spot for friends, family, and everything in between, while a hidden butler's pantry keeps the clutter out of sight and the entertaining effortless. The split-bedroom layout gives you and your guests true privacy, and with the lower level ready to become a workshop, guest space, or game room, there's room to make it your own.

Fairfield Glade is a resort-style community on the Cumberland Plateau with more to do than you'll have days to do it. Residents enjoy 11 spring-fed lakes with two beaches and two marinas, five championship golf courses totaling 90 holes, and more than 25 miles of walking, hiking, and biking trails. Stay active at the Racquet Center with indoor and outdoor tennis and pickleball, swim in one of four indoor and outdoor pools, and work out at the wellness center and fitness facilities. With dining, clubs, and activities year-round, there's always something to enjoy.
